I purchased this to build a pistol AR. I have the Shockwave 1.0 and liked it, so I thought I should give this one a try. I installed on my lower quick and easy just like any other pistol tube. I like the adjustable length. The push button is small and not easily pushed unless that is you intention. Smaller overall than the Shockwave 1.0 so it looks less like a stock. I could not find a better price than here a KAK

Product looks good and does the job. Only complaint I have is the stock itself jiggles quite a bit when extended. Paid full price as there wasn’t a sale going on. Overall, happy with this product. Would recommend. (Posted on 2/18/19)

I have 9 shockwave blades and was so looking forward to the adjustability of the 2.0. I'll start by saying I did receive the item in lightening fast time as I ordered Friday and recieved Monday, so that is a huge plus. Now my down side to this was upon opening the package I thought dang that brace is going to be mighty small and sharp edged, which after installing and testing it was. The next part was the installation and it went together like butter as you would expect. Took me maybe 10 minutes to yank off the old pistol tube setup and slap on the new 2.0, here is where my 2 biggest complaints come in, first off the lever to adjust is very tiny and hard to get ahold of to make adjustments with the design. The second and biggest complaint is its looser than a magpul CTR stock on a mil-spec tube. Once you have it mounted you can rattle this thing all around and wake the dead with it. I can hold my pistol by the rail and shake it, and it sounds horrible. I will keep it, as this is a product I really looked forward to, but in the future I will for sure stick with the original 1.0 Version and not stray again, as how hard is it really to make the adjustments on the original anyway? Easier than this one, I assure you, and that's even with having to locate your Allen socket, still easier than this design. Again, thank you KAK for great products, I really enjoy everything I own of yalls, this one hopefully I'll grow to tolerate

Overall I am very happy with the item. I ordered the Shockwave 2.0 after bouncing back and forth between the 1st generation and this one. I am very happy I chose the 2nd generation; the tool-less adjustment is awesome. I added some electrical tape to the inside to keep it from rattling so much; I wish that since the buffer tube and stabilizer ship together, it was less noisy, but no big deal. I would definitely recommend this item over the 1st generation. (Posted on 8/27/18)

I’m very happy with the blade 2.0
Everyone seem to be running the SBA3 but the blade setup looks way better. No straps/Velcro. Overall very very happy with the products and Kaks service. (Posted on 8/13/18)

This upgraded model hit the market at just the right time, as I was just finishing putting together another pistol build. This upgraded model is a great upgrade to the already very satisfactory fixed model. I do have one suggestion/gripe. I wish the release lever was slightly larger and/or protruded from the face of the brace even an 1/8 to 1/4 inch to give just a little better leverage for the fingers to activate the lever. Overall I'm very pleased, it is solid to the KAK buffer tube and after one range trip so far the adjustability has worked out great. (Posted on 7/24/18)
