9MM AR15 Configurable Buffer Kit

I finally took my AR9 PCC out to the range. It is amazing how smooth it shoots, and it is 100% the KAK adjustable buffer system PERIOD! Look no further, you have found the pinnacle. This is the best way to tune your pcc and get it running the way it should. It seemed a little pricey at first, but it actually saves money over just guessing and buying multiple buffers. If you're changing barrel length, ammo, or adding a suppressor, you already have everything to tune it for those changes.

I bought this kit to replace a solid buffer that came in an AR9 I bought. I have to say as always, excellent quality as with everything I have ever bought from KAK. the solid buffer that came with my build was 7.7oz. the KAK kit allowed me to build an 8oz buffer for my build using one tungsten, two steel, and one aluminum weight with plenty left over to change to 10oz or more when I suppress this build. or I could even use them to build a custom buffer for other builds. the only thing I wish I would have noticed is that KAK also sells the rubber spacers for between the weights. I have never been able to find them anywhere else and should have added some to this order for other builds. The total weight of the buffer and BCG together is 22oz and is perfect for an AR9.

This is exactly what I needed for my AR9 after adding a suppressor. The OEM buffer was too short and only weighed 5.75 ounces. Adding the suppressor and 147 subsonic ammo caused the oem bolt to over travel and I broke the bolt catch release. The KAK Configurable kit was the answer! My AR9 now has much less recoil as well.

KAK was shrewd enough to market these... I used one to tune my 9MM Colt pattern PSA blowback. I have installed a .308 Tubbs buffer spring ( Yes it fits in the OEM carbine stock, since it is a Faltwire and used the KAK configurable extended 9MM buffer to tune the "bark and blast" right out of my 9MM PCC. I tried NUMEROUS different buffer springs and buffer weights while searching for the right setup... Sprinco Orange, 10oz solid buffers, etc... That last setup was a step in the wrong direction... Lol, all that recoil spring weight and heavy buffer mass caused visually noticable muzzle dip !! After buying this product... I fine tuned it down to 7.5oz'ish and the Tubbs. Buy this buffer... you will like the configurable aspect greatly.

The KAK configurable 9mm AR buffer was exactly what the doctor prescribed, it fixed the fat cycling problem and heavy recoil.
