Great, unique pistol length
Bought this for a AR pistol build. Bolt jammed in barrel. Sent it back to Kak. Couldn't find issue, but sent replacement. That one works fine. Great customer service. Like other reviewer, I couldn't get it to cycle with a stock mil buffer and spring. Got it to operate properly with the lightest of the 3 lightweight kak buffers in the light weight buffer kit and a reduced power spring and a tight grip when shooting free hand. Great product and a fun, unique build. Barrel is great.

Works surprisingly well!
I decided to try this in a super compact 7.62X39 suppressed pistol. Originally had a 7.5" barrel that worked well, but the Brown Bear 196gr Sub rounds would occasionally break the speed of sound. This barrel worked flawlessly with regular supersonic, though wouldn't cycle far enough to strip a fresh round of the subsonic. I opened up the port to .093, in conjunction with an adjustable gas block and it works perfect with the Sub rounds now! It really is pretty amazing to have such a short barrel perform so well! I've purchased the .300 BO 4.75 inch barrel already so I figured i'd get them all lol. .. great lil AR. Barrel is very nice, they were on backorder once they came in I quickly order both 556 & 762. Shipping was very quick, nice work KAK keep it up.

Awesome little pistol.
I already had a spikes upper and lower and wanted something different. I purchased the 4.75in 7.62 barrel, low pro gas block, micro gas tube and the 7.62 bcg from kak ind. Couldn't get it to cycle initially so I purchased the light pistol buffer set from kak. Since the light buffer and strike industries cookie cutter has been installed I have not had any malfuctions. While the practicality of this pistol may not be the greatest, With the lower price of the ammo and shear fun factor this has quickly become my favorite range toy. As I am writing this review Kak is currently out of stock of these barrels. As soon as they become available again I will be purchasing more. The Shipping and communication from Kak was outstanding.
